Glossary

Site ID Number A unique number randomly generated by the system.
Responsible organisation The organisation responsible for development of the project and/or its ongoing management.
Site name site name
Council (LGA) Those 14 councils within the HCCREMS region; from Greater Taree in the north and the Upper Hunter in the west , to Gosford in the south.
Development Type Retrofit = redoing or adding to previous infrastructure; Infill/Brownfield = development within the urban area formerly under a different use; Greenfield = conversion from bushland or agricultural use
Land Zone As defined by the land use zone identified in the applicable Local Environmental Plan (LEP)
Development Scale 'Subdivision/precinct' = >20 lots; 'block/group of lots' = <20 lots; single lot' = development within a lot; 'llinear' = roads & streams
Site Designer The overall 'designer' of site, usually involving engineering, landscaping & architectural design.
Responsible Organisation Type The 'proponent' of the development. May or may not be a Council.
WSUD Hydrologic Consultant The consultant (or organisation) that undertook the hydrologic, hydraulic & water quality analyses.
Planning provisions Identifies any key WSUD or IWCM planning measures that led to the approach and devices employed on-site.
Site runoff hydrology Key hydrological parameters include: - peak flows and probability of occurrence - storm volumes - time to peak - frequency of flows - dry flow spell duration
Site runoff Water Quality P=phosphorus, N=nitrogen or total nitrogen, SS=Suspended Sediment, DO=Dissolved Oxygen, BOD=Biological Oxygen Demand
